WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Diploma/Degree in Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical & problem solving skills .
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- Good Computer skills.
- Fluent English and Swahili in verbal and writing.
- Previous experience in Micro-finance/ Bodaboda financing/ bodaboda dealerships will be an added advantage.
- Must know how to drive and have a valid license.
Responsibilities

- Selling repossessed Cars in cash and refinancing
- Facilitating sale process documents
- Providing clients with the information required for each unit on sale
- Organising for vehicle assessments
- Prepare monthly report on car sales.
- Booking of both motor vehicles in the inventories
- Ensuring the sales process is followed to the letter according to the company's guidelines
- Marketing the units due for sale through avenues provided
- Closing sales within given timelines
- Any other duty that may be assigned
