  • The social media executive will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for the social media accounts and SMS marketing. Their competence determines how effectively MGA will be able to portray its brand value online and communicate with stakeholders. S/He will have knowledge of the BOP marketplace to best leverage the digital tools to contribute to MGA’s goal to drive organic growth and sustainable differentiation.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications, Regulatory & Legal Requirement

  • Degree in Marketing, communication or similar relevant field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Social Media Executive or similar
  • Excellent knowledge of Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media platforms
  • Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude
  • Good understanding of SEO/SEM and web traffic metrics
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Create flawless deliverables that require little to no editing

  • Comfortable communicating innovative approaches in getting the work done faster, better

  • Develop, implement and manage MGA’s social media strategy: Involves running customer awareness campaigns and MGA brand awareness campaigns. Curating engaging relevant content for social media platforms that will propel MGA to achieve short, medium and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Define and achieve MGA’s important social media KPIs that align with achievement of company goals: Respond to questions and feedback from social media platforms and redirect queries to relevant departments in MGA as required. Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Develop, manage and oversee social media content across all channels this includes instructional videos, language translation, graphic design content and stakeholder testimonials.
  • Use and monitor social media marketing tools: Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. Monitor Social media campaigns and analyze data obtained to determine strategic objectives met. Measure the success of every social media campaign as per the set targets.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. Measure the success of every social media campaign as per the set targets. Prepare and share detailed reports on Social Media activities with relevant stakeholders in MGA.
  • Train internal staff on digital marketing best practices: Embed company culture and promote the GREEN Values making each staff a brand ambassador.
  • Research and recommend new social media platforms and strategies for the company to achieve its goals via social media marketing.
