An ideal candidate would need to be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality. Candidate must be extremely friendly, polite and persuasive.
We are looking for an enthusiastic telemarketer, to generate leads of potential clients for the company. Candidate will be responsible for acquiring meetings with potential clients and managing the post-meeting follow-ups. Performance will be gauged by the number of new leads generated.
The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

- Lead generation and Client acquisition through cold calling
- Research and updating Client databases
- Servicing existing clients
- Overall office administration assistance
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Capable of working in team environment
