- Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 20 sales executives.
- Drive sale initiatives, activities, strategies, and sales plans required to make excellent sales monthly and ensure monthly target for the team is met and exceeded.
- Must possess excellent marketing skills, communication and negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal skill is a must.
- Must be able to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales target and generating new business.
