Person Specification:
For appointment to this grade a candidate must have:-
- At least four (4) years relevant work experience;
- National Trade Test II certificate in the area of specialization or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Proficiency in computer applications;
- Fulfils the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
